Our Story
Our story was started around the idea of wanting to create something special whilst inducing a feeling that customers would enjoy. Since our formation in 2020, Premula has not haltered in our quest to bring together the finest flavours which enrich the palette & add ambience to any given scenario. As the years have gone on, Premula still endeavours to ensure our valued customers receive the highest quality wine for maximum satisfaction. We embarked on this journey with a commitment to crafting wines that would showcase the rich tapestry of flavours that nature has on offer, for you enjoyment.

Our journey started with selecting the finest grapes from carefully chosen vineyards, as we believed that the foundation of a great wine was laid in the vineyard itself. Our winemaking philosophy was centred on the idea that the flavour profile of a wine could be attributed to the unique terroir, climate, and the dedication of the vineyard team. We nurtured a close relationship with our partner vineyards, focusing on sustainable and organic farming practices that respected the land and the environment.

With our dedication to quality, we aimed to perfect the luxury flavours in our wines over time. This journey involved numerous steps and decisions, from the timing of the harvest to the choice of barrels for aging.
